Getting Started

• Remove extra padding from your shoes first: WalkFit Platinum replaces built-in arch supports, and leaving them in can cause significant discomfort
• Try each insert level to see which feels most comfortable to begin with; if MED or HIGH feels best, use it
• Wear them for only 1 hour on the first day, 2 hours on the second, and so on, until you can wear them comfortably all day
• If you feel discomfort, take them out, then wear them the next day without increasing the time before building up again
• If you feel pain while wearing them, stop and consult your doctor
• Be patient: adjusting can take 2 to 3 weeks; after a few weeks on LOW or MED you may want to try MED or HIGH
• If a new insert still isn't comfortable after a few days, go back to MED or LOW; the right level is the one that feels best
• If your shoes feel tight with them in, try a looser-fitting pair
