  • A registered plan manager handles payments on your behalf from your NDIS budget
  • Request a quote using the contact form below and we'll send it directly to your plan manager to process

✗ Agency-managed — Not currently available

  • The NDIA manages your funds directly and requires purchases from registered NDIS providers only
  • Speak with your support coordinator about registered provider options, or ask about switching to plan management

Is Boutique Retailer a registered NDIS provider?

We are not a registered NDIS provider. This means we can supply products to self-managed and plan-managed participants. Agency-managed participants can only use registered providers.

Can I use my NDIS funding for any product on the website?

Only products that are directly related to your disability support needs and listed on the NDIS approved supports list may be claimable. Everyday items that any Australian household would purchase are generally not funded. Your plan manager or support coordinator can advise you on what's appropriate for your plan.

Do you mark up prices for NDIS customers?

No. All customers pay the same price. There are no NDIS surcharges.

What do I need to submit a claim?

For most low-cost consumable items, your tax invoice from us is all you need. Some higher-value assistive technology items may require written advice from a qualified AT assessor. Check with your plan manager if you're unsure.

What if I need to return a product?

Our standard returns policy applies to all orders.

Can you send an invoice directly to my plan manager?

Yes. Simply use our contact form to request a quote for your chosen products, including your plan manager's name and email address, and we'll send the invoice directly to them to process.
