KELTY Sand Bag Tent Stake - 150D Polyester (Sand, Snow & Rock Tent Anchor)

Beach campers and snow campers know regular pegs simply will not hold, which is where the KELTY Sand Bag Stake comes in. This triangle-shaped anchor secures and stabilises your tent in sand, snow or wind, or anywhere the ground is too tough to stake into. Fill it with around 9kg (20lb) of sand, and if there is none about, rocks or snow work too.

Key Benefits

• Holds where pegs fail: Ideal for beaches, snow and hard ground that a regular stake will not penetrate.
• Use what is there: Fill it with sand, rocks or snow at the campsite, so there is no extra weight to carry in.
• Simple shape: The triangle design is quick to fill and easy to use.
• Light to pack: Weighs about 85g empty, so carrying a few is no trouble.
