This is a quality product - very well made and expected to last a long time. It is compact and takes little space in the freezer, It freezes quickly and gets very cold. Great for when you need to "ice" an injury. I recommend this product.

A bloody amazing product. Does all we wanted them to do. However future purchasers need to be very aware of not giving each 1 more than 60 seconds in a Microwave. The other night in the half light it was put on accidentally for 4 mins. It exploded So be very aware and take care. Love this product

Been using it for my sore elbow as a cold pack - cant fault it! Great value.
Hopefully won't need to use it as a heat pack and stay injury free!
