A soft, finely braided paper straw trilby with a stingy brim – the short, narrow brim that gives the shape its neat, close look. The braid is supple rather than stiff, so the hat packs down and springs back instead of cracking. Trimmed with a tan band, two braided keepers and a small metal stud.
