Not Quite Heavy Duty

The Socks are OK. Not quite what I would call heavy duty thick work socks. The price was good but had I seen them in a shop I would not have purchased them as they are not quite what we were looking for. Maybe the extra thick ones have more cushioning on the bottom they claim to have merino wool in them but this blend will still melt with welding slag. Not really any different to explorers just longer

Just as advertised, the socks were red, merino wool, and the correct size and fit.
They were a gift for my husband and for once he was pleased with his present.
The service was very good, as mentioned the product was very good and the delivery was also very good. That,s 3 for 3. Well done.

Love these socks. Made in Australia and Australian owned! Very warm. Could have a bit more elastic to hold them up as I find I have to pull them up all the time.

Quality of the sock is good, my only issue is the seam is positioned above the toes and I find my hiking boots rubbed and caused some discomfort.
Would be better if the seam was located on the underside of the toes.
