How to leave a product review at Boutique Retailer

Step 1.

Visit the product description page for your favourite product.

Step 2.

Scroll down to the tabs below the product photos. You will see 'Description', 'Specifications' and 'Reviews'.  Click on 'Reviews'.

Step 3.

Under 'Reviews' you can read what other people have had to say. They may also have left a star rating between 1 and 5.

To create your own review, click on the link that says 'Write a product review'.

Here, you will need to enter a name and email address. Please note, your name will appear alongside the review but your email will not be shared publicly.

Next, write down your thoughts! Please feel to elaborate as much as possible as this helps other customers. What's your favourite colour? What does your family/friend think about the product? How easy is it to use? etc.

Give this product a star rating by clicking on the row of 5 stars below the review boxes. 5 means you love it! 1 means there's some way we can improve. Please contact us any time if you any questions or concerns.

Step 4.

Click 'Preview'. This gives you a chance to read over what you've written before it appears on our site. Made a mistake or want to add more information? Easy! Click 'edit review' and make the changes. 

Finally, click 'Post Review'. You're done! 

Step 5.

You'll get a notice to thank you for leaving your review. All of our reviews are then approved by our web team before they appear on the site. This is simply to make sure we don't bore our readers with 'spam' reviews. We are only interested in genuine opinions and experiences from our valued clients.

Check back later and you'll be able to read your review below the product description.

Step 6.

Give yourself a big pat on the back for helping other customers enjoy our products!

Yes, all of our items available for sale are brand new products.

Due to our dispatch system being automated, it may sometimes be too late to cancel your order even if your request was sent just a few minutes after your order was placed. You may reach out to us to cancel your order, but we cannot guarantee that we can fulfil your request.

Absolutely. We sell only 100% genuine products.

Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you purchased via a marketplace, please login to your account purchase history to view your tracking details and link to track.

If your order seems to be late, missing, or if you did not get your tracking information, the best way to contact us is to submit a request so we can get on top of it for you.

Delivery time will vary based on your location.

Our systems & warehouse is working faster than ever before. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number and will be able to track your order with the courier.

While our dispatch times are very quick, some items may have a delayed delivery time due to a very high volume of parcels in the third party delivery network, such as Australia Post.

Your estimated delivery date will be provided once your order ships. 

Delivery times may be longer due to inclement weather or during the Thanksgiving/Christmas season.

We're sorry that the order has been missing but please do follow these instructions:  
- Verify the shipping address is correct
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery, note left in the doorstep that the courier may have left
- Look around the vicinity or on your safe place area 
- See if someone else accepted the delivery, your family members, your neighbor. Unless you have health or safety concerns about doing so.
- Some packages may experience delay or advance scans through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
- Wait 48 hours - in some cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours prior to arrival.

Our main warehouse is in Melbourne, Australia. In some cases our third party warehouses closer to you may be used to ship your order to ensure quicker delivery.

Yes - we ship via Australia Post to your PO Box if you enter that as your address at checkout.

Yes, we do. Please view the product page and calculate the postage to your chosen country. If your country does not appear, we do not post there. However, please contact us and we may be able to arrange a special shipment for you.

We operate from a warehouse environment and do not have resources allocated to offer a pick up service. However, we may decide to open this up in the future. If you would like this service - please reach out and we will ensure to inform you if we roll this out.

Your item(s) will be delivered via Australia Post in most cases, but can also be delivered by our trusted partner courier companies including Couriers Please, Toll, Direct Freight Express, Hunter Express & Aramex.
Once your item has been dispatched from our warehouse, your purchase history will have the postage/tracking details for you to track.

Most definitely! Please select express postage option at checkout before placing the order to have it shipped via express. We dispatch express orders as they come in so you can rest assured your order will arrive as quickly as possible.

 

Return Policy

Your refund will be paid back via your original payment method. 

No problem! For change of mind orders, you will have to cover the cost of return postage. If you would like to purchase a postage label through us, you most definitely can - simply contact us and we will give you a call to arrange.

You will be notified via email once your returns are received by our warehouse. Please allow up to 10 -14 days from when you post it back (busier periods may take longer).
You can also check the tracking of your return via the tracking number you used to send the return back to us. We recommend you take note of the return tracking number just in case!

Your order number will be included in the emails we send confirming your order. Can't find it? Login to your account on our website and check your purchase history. If you still have trouble, contact us.

Yes, you will need to provide your order number when you submit your request online. Please contact us here so we can create your RMA. Print/write the RMA number on the outside of the box. We'll use this information to match your return when your parcel is received so please ensure this is entered correctly. All other details of where to send your parcel will be provided to you upon your return request.
